Coaching Terms

Last updated 2026-07-10 · Draft — under review, not yet in force

This document is a working draft prepared for review by Tristan and a qualified adviser. It is not yet legally in force and may change before launch. Passages in [square brackets] are placeholders awaiting confirmed details. If you need any of this information now, email hello@tristanlevels.com.

The short version

These are the terms for The 200% Club coaching. In short: it's a business-performance and productivity service, not therapy or medical care. You have a 14-day cancellation right, prices are £1,500 in full or £600 a month for three months, and there's a 30-day guarantee described below. Nothing here removes your legal rights.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms form the agreement between you (the client) and [LEGAL / TRADING NAME] ([ENTITY TYPE — sole trader / limited company; company no. if applicable]), of [REGISTERED / TRADING ADDRESS] ("we", "us", "our"), for The 200% Club coaching programme. By purchasing the programme you accept these terms.

2. What the programme is

The 200% Club is a private coaching programme that includes:

  • weekly one-to-one coaching calls;
  • a personal AI system set up with you; and
  • 12 months' access to the 200% Club community.

Coaching is a business-performance and productivity service. It is not therapy, counselling, medical care, or a substitute for professional healthcare, and it does not diagnose or provide clinical care for ADHD or any other condition. Nothing we provide is medical advice. You should not change, reduce, or start any prescribed medication or medical care on the basis of coaching; always speak to your GP, prescriber, or a qualified clinician about anything health-related.

3. Booking and the fit call

Before you join we usually have a short call to check the programme is right for you. There is no obligation on either side until you purchase and these terms take effect.

4. Prices and payment

  • Pay in full: £1,500 as a one-off payment.
  • Monthly: £600 per month for three months.

Prices are in pounds sterling. [State whether VAT-registered; if so, whether prices include VAT.] Payments are taken through [payment provider — e.g. Stripe / GoCardless]. If you choose the monthly option, you agree to pay each of the three instalments when due. We may pause access if a payment is missed until it is resolved.

5. Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off)

Because you buy online as a consumer, you have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason. To cancel, email hello@tristanlevels.com within that period.

If you ask us to start coaching during the 14-day period, you agree that we can begin straight away. If you then cancel within the 14 days, you may be asked to pay a fair amount for the coaching already provided up to the point you told us. If coaching has not started, you receive a full refund.

6. The 30-day guarantee

Our promise: if, after 30 days, you have not reclaimed at least 10 hours a week, we will keep working with you at no extra cost until you do. This runs from your first coaching call, and it depends on you attending your calls and engaging with the programme in good faith. The guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights (including the cancellation right above).

7. What we ask of you

  • attend your scheduled calls, or give reasonable notice to rearrange;
  • engage with the work and be honest about what is and isn't working; and
  • make your own business decisions — coaching offers guidance and support, and you remain responsible for the choices you make.

8. Results

We share methods that have worked for us and for other founders, but every business is different. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific financial result, income, or level of growth. Your results depend on your circumstances and the work you put in.

9. Intellectual property and confidentiality

Materials, frameworks and systems we share are provided for your own use in your business. You may not resell, publish, or redistribute them without our permission. We each agree to keep the other's confidential information private and to use it only for the purposes of the coaching.

10. Community

Your programme includes access to the 200% Club community, which is subject to our Community Code of Conduct.

11. Liability

We will provide the coaching with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with the programme is limited to the fees you have paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Ending the agreement

Either of us may end the coaching relationship if the other seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. We may also end it, and remove community access, for conduct that breaches the Community Code of Conduct. Where we end the agreement for your breach, fees already due remain payable. [Confirm any refund position for early termination not covered by the cooling-off period.]

13. Your data

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.

15. Complaints and contact

If something isn't right, please tell us first so we can fix it. Email hello@tristanlevels.com.
