Community Code of Conduct

The short version

The 200% Club community works because it's safe and supportive. Be respectful, keep what's shared private, don't spam or harass anyone, and never give or ask for medical advice. We moderate the space and can remove content or members who break these rules.

1. What this is

The 200% Club is a private community for founders. This Code sets the standards everyone agrees to so it stays a safe, useful place. It applies to everything you post or share in the community, and it forms part of our Coaching Terms.

2. How we treat each other

  • Be respectful. Disagree with ideas, not people. No abuse, harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind.
  • Keep it confidential. What members share here stays here. Do not screenshot, share, or repeat others' personal or business information outside the community.
  • Support, don't sell. No spam, and no promoting your own products or services to members unless we've said it's okay.
  • Respect privacy. Don't post anyone else's personal information without their consent.

3. No medical or clinical advice

The community is about business performance and productivity, not health care. Please do not give, request, or rely on medical, psychological, or clinical advice here — including about ADHD, medication, or any diagnosis. Nothing shared in the community is a substitute for professional healthcare. If you have a health concern, speak to a qualified professional.

4. Content standards

You agree not to post content that:

  • is illegal, or encourages illegal activity;
  • is threatening, harassing, hateful, or defamatory;
  • is sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful or abusive;
  • infringes someone else's rights (including copyright); or
  • is spam, a scam, or deliberately misleading.

5. Reporting and moderation

If you see something that breaks this Code, or that worries you, report it to hello@tristanlevels.com [or via the in-community report tool — confirm the reporting route]. We take reports seriously and will look into them promptly.

We moderate the community and may remove content, issue a warning, or suspend or remove a member's access where this Code is broken. We will act proportionately, and, where appropriate, explain our decision.

6. Consequences

Serious or repeated breaches may result in removal from the community without refund of coaching fees. Removal for breach does not entitle you to a refund of fees already due under the Coaching Terms.

7. Your data

We handle personal information shared in the community in line with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and contact
